At Môsses, we take pride in offering high-end, premium-quality products. Because of the craftsmanship and standards involved in our manufacturing, we follow a strict return and exchange policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all customers.
1. No Returns for Non-Defective Products
We do not accept returns for products that are not defective.
Examples of non-defective reasons include:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party logistics
- Change of mind
- Wrong size chosen by the customer
- Product already used, worn, or washed
Shipping delays are outside our control and are the responsibility of the third-party shipping company. Therefore, we cannot accept returns due to late delivery.
2. Defective Products
We accept returns or exchanges only if the product is defective upon arrival.
- Defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
- Customers must provide clear photos or videos of the defect for verification.
- Once approved, we will offer an exchange for the same item or a full refund.
3. Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if:

- We shipped the wrong item by mistake.

For defective returns or approved exchanges, items must be:

- In their original condition
- In original packaging

These delays are not the fault of Môsses, and we cannot offer refunds based on shipping issues beyond our control.
